Ingredients
  1. 3 cups of nuts (you can use whichever you like here, but I am fond of combining pecans, macadamia nuts, and maybe even a few hazelnuts!)
  2. 3/4 cup raw cacao powder / unsweetened cocoa powder (Cacao is by far better for you, but if you like a little extra chocolate-y flavoe you can mix 1/4 cup cocoa with 1/2 cacao)
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  4. 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. pinch of sea salt
  7. 2-3 TBSP Xylitol or maple syrup, or a few drops of liquid stevia
  8. 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well-mixed and crumbly (But should stick together when pressed – can add a little extra water if it’s not quite gooey enough). Press into the bottom of a baking dish and let sit in the fridge for a few hours to get firm. Slice and enjoy! (Store in the fridge or freezer)
Notes
  1. These brownies can be quite delicate, but as long as you keep them cool they will hold up.
