Guacamole Turkey Burgers
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 TBSP chopped cilantro
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- avocado oil
- Combine ground turkey, red onion, cilantro, and salt & pepper in a bowl. Once well mixed, add the diced avocado, gently mixing it in until it is evenly distributed throughout. Form into 8 burger patties.
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, cook burgers thoroughly.
- For an easy snack or party appetizer, form into bite sized meatballs instead!
